Nominet are the .uk domain registry. As well as holding all the .uk addresses on the web, they run a charitable foundation which supports and encourages UK online initiatives.
Somewhat amazingly, they’ve shortlisted the Raspberry Pi Foundation for their Outstanding Contribution to the UK Internet award. This is an absolutely huge deal for us (and, given the other people on the shortlist, especially a certain Sir Tim Berners Lee, we do not anticipate a win, but we’re delighted just to be on the list).
